BEST microwave GRILL/Toaster ever

I just finished re-heating fried chicken on the "grill" feature and it's crispy! I also use the "Combi" feature to make crispy chicken fingers in about 6-7 minutes!! I'm so in love with this product - no more toaster oven on the counter top. Toast will be crispier on the top than the bottom if you don't flip it but it's a WONDERFUL combination that eliminates an extra appliance!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

With my last Microwave, the timing was never right - I always had to add extra time, but was never sure exactly how much extra was necessary and it varied from one meal to another. With this Samsung oven, I don't have to wonder. I follow the directions and IT WORKS!

Works ok- 1: auto reheat on casserole (Cold in the middle.), 2: beverage on preset (Can't set it for more than one serving?)

Time set OK, Power so-so

It’s easier to push button whatever I did with my old microwave. But there’s a slight problem that is a dark control panel keys. So I had to use my tiny flashlight so I can see the numbers and others.

After a few days it started making noise. The loud noise is getting worst and starts after about two minutes of cooking. The noise is a combination of a loud fan and vibration. It is getting unbearable. I should have kept the old one. I hope Best Buy or Samsung will make good on resolving the issue.

Loud noise in less than 6 months of use

I contacted Samsung support and had a lot of back and forth until I was finally able to get a service repairman out to my house (many would not even allow a drop-off). The repairman essentially changed all the parts, and he said it was unrepairable. I was told by one representative that I could get a refund only to be told by another that I'd have to have it checked out several times before they even agree to an exchange. Horrible customer service and horrible communication between the company and their authorized repair service dealers. I certainly wouldn't buy from Samsung again just based on their deplorable useless customer service. Stay away from this brand!

The ceramic interior really makes cleaning easier. Comes with a pizza accessory, which is really useful. Perfect size for me too. Just big enough to reheat my dinner plates, while not being bulky to take up too much counter space.
