    Handle Latch Broke

    I bought this in February and it worked well until the latch to open the door broke. Now the door sticks shut and you have to pry it open. No good!

    Rattles all over after 2 months

    The worst microwave I've ever purchased. After 2 months of light use, it rattles all over requiring repairs. Grilling feature sounds good but is useless. Quality control at its worst!

    This is a beautiful unit - good looking, quiet and solidly built, however the turntable skipped/caught after less than 1 min. of operation. checked for possible causes, tried again, returned.
