Love me microwave!!! It’s ceramic inside plus you can grill anything in it.

I looked at dozens of models before deciding on this one and couldn't be happier! Works perfectly and it is also a very functional size. Comes with a crisper plate and stand which is just a nice little bonus!

GREAT LITTLE MICROWAVE..... small/compact with power

After reviewing several other microwaves, the size and features on this mircowave met our needs.

Nice size Microwave for price. Mainly used for reheating meals, melting/softening butter/chocolate for baking. Got it as a temporary fix because our microwave portion of our combo microwave/oven went out and we aren’t quite ready to replace the full unit/remodel. Figure our kid can take it when he goes off to school or apt living.

Consider me your standard bachelor who relies more on the microwave than the over. I don't use any of the special features but it's a sleek design, heats evenly, and is going over 1 year strong.

I haven't had an opportunity to use the grill feature yet but so far, this is an outstanding microwave. The interior is easy to clean, has a large capacity and easy one step buttons.

The microwave works very well. It also has a grilling feature with a special metal tray. I tried cooking a frozen pizza but the crust didn't get very crisp--but it could be due to user error. Definitely a nice microwave for the sale price.

Regret this purchase already. I bought it on 08.18.20. Return period already over after 09.01.20. Ridiculous. It's always been very load at times when using it. It can vibrate very loudly, from somewhere behind it. I've tried quieting it with my hand and no luck. Sometimes the loud noise is coming from inside, maybe the motor? Completely unacceptable. I've been using microwaves for over 40 years so this is not normal for even a cheap microwave, much less one that costs around $200. In the last couple of weeks the door no longer opens when you press the door release button. You have to press it then pull on the door. I want my money back on this inferior device. I should have stuck to my instincts and gotten the Panasonic but I liked the look of this one more... Live and learn...

Very good mictmrowave easy to use and clean love the grilling element takes a couple of times to get used to but once you are, it works perfect.

We got this to replace an older microwave that was starting to fail. I like the compact size and high power, although the dark colored inside took a bit of getting used to. Like it.

We really were enjoying this microwave. Size and ease of uses. After less than 6 WEEKS, the buttons still work, but they don't click and the reminder buzzers no longer work. Really wanted to like this unit, but may decide it has to go back.

We had 2 microwaves fail within a couple weeks of each other. We didn't want to spend a ton as we are going to redo kitchen soon & want over the range unit for space savings. During our quick decision making shopping trip, this had the most bang for the buck for our family. We haven't used all its options, but is performing well.

I love the ceramic inside. However I gave it 4 stars because I really wish the display panel lit up. Otherwise it’s a great size & I’m very happy with it!

Our family is happy with our new microwave. Heats up food quickly and the defrost feature works great without cooking the food. Our wishes would be that the quick 30 second heat up feature would not require us to hit start. And that the stainless face would not need so much cleaning of finger prints. Grilling feature takes a very long time; we rarely use it.

This microwave is small but packs a punch. Takes up a small amount of counter space but big enough to fit a large dinner plate. Interior is ceramic which helps in cleaning.

We had a Sharp before this one. This one works great. My only complaint is that the controls are not as easy/quick to use. The Sharp had for example 30 second one touch that would auto-start the microwave. After any commands on Samsung you must press start, so always minimum two touches. Not big deal but takes getting used to. I used to press 30 second option however many times in a row and done. Now have to press it on Samsung, then find the start button to get it going. It was also a bit more expensive, but wanted a different brand as Sharp didn't last as long as we thought it should...
