The unit itself is excellent and performs well. For some reason, the open and close button has not held up. We are hopeful that this one does not have the same defect. For the store and staff, excellent service.

Very Good Microwave

It gave us good service for about 5 years but then started rusting on the interior. Our new microwave has a porcelain interior so we're digging the fact that it won't rust anytime soon. One thing of note, microwave reheats so much faster than our old Amana. I like that. We have had it only 1 month now so I can say anything about the it's longevity. However, for the price we bought it for I would be satisfied getting 5 years out of it.

Needed a replacement microwave

They didn't have the GE model we wanted but saw this Samsung for just a little more. Didn't have it in stock at this store but paid for it and picked it up at another close Best Buy. When we got it home we were surprised that it had a browning element along with a browing platter. So far just tried the browing feature once and worked fine. Have other Samsung appliances and hope this lasts as long as out TV and W/D.

Love the convection oven

Heats well but the door sometimes does not close right. Dissapointed that it is brand new and we have issues with the door. When the door does not shut right the microwave turns on and you can't stop it.

We felt like the instructions were a little confusing, but we figured it out and it works well. It definitely does the job and with the inside being ceramic, it is easy to clean and it gets very warm! Love the crisping plate that comes with it that makes warming those foods better.

Power is too low for this price

I do not like the low power (it takes 1 1/2 times to cook over my last Panasonic counter microwave). Also it is hard to see the programming/start buttons in a dark area because they are black and do not light up.

Does what we need for a microwave
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our 7 year old microwave was on its last legs so we went looking for a replacement. Needed to heat water, defrost food, reheat leftovers and fit in the space where the previous microwave lived (not on the counter). This microwave does all of that. It also has a couple features we haven't used yet. One is a tray that you put in the unit for 3 minutes and it gets hot. Then you put a piece of left-over pizza on it and voila a crispy bottom, not a soggy slice. It also has a regular heating unit which is an interesting idea.
