I do not like the low power (it takes 1 1/2 times to cook over my last Panasonic counter microwave). Also it is hard to see the programming/start buttons in a dark area because they are black and do not light up.

The stainless steel looks nice. It's not as quiet as a built-in microwave, but it does the job. But the best thing about it is the built-in grill. What a fantastic feature! I've used it for everything from grilling tilapia to re-heating fast-food french fries, both of which come out far better than if I had microwaved them. If you're in the market for a counter-top microwave, you might as well get his one because it kills two birds with one stone: it gives you a microwave and a grill all in one.

Door latch problem

We can still open the door but we have to pull it open. No a huge deal but disappointing.

As far as microwaves of this size..it’s great. My only,only “negative “ is I do wish the numbers lit up so can see better. Not sure if even available.. just my older eyes I suppose. LOL

Read the reviews and like many review sites, they were somewhat mixed. Jumped in on this one due to size, the Samsung name and a few nice features. Well it is quiet, temperature accurate and "fits the need." I even like the cool blue lighted time display. As I have not had it more than a month, I cannot verify its long-range veliability, but so far, this is a winner !
