Product works great and love how easy the inside it so wipe clean. I wanted this in black stainless to match the rest of my appliances. The sales meme we at Best Buy talked me into this one. I hate how bad the finger prints show on this regular stainless.

Bought a different brand first off that was way to loud, exchanged the same night for this one. Many neat features and is much quieter.

We really like the microwave, however, after a week the door latch stopped working. We can still open the door but we have to pull it open. No a huge deal but disappointing.

We searched all over for microwaves to replace the one in our kitchen. We do a lot of reheating and it is perfect for our needs. Cleans up well. The only thing is that the glass insert is hard to place on the rotation wheels properly. It always takes me several tries to get it on. Never had a problem with our last microwave.

I bought this to replace a Tappan Microwave that was 15 years old. It fit right into the space where the old one was so no modification to my cabinets needed to be made. It takes a little longer to heat my food but I think it does a great if not better job with making sure the entire dish is heated. Sometimes with the old one the center of the food sometimes was not hot. Very easy setup and the cord was long enough to reach the outlet with n o problem. I am very pleased with this purchase. I did a lot of research on microwaves before I bought this one. This does everything that I need.

This is a well designed, good looking microwave. It has a unique feature in that it has a grilling unit built in for crispy food results. It also has a dual level tray system to allow two items to be cooked at the same time. It includes a grilling tray as well as a rotating turntable. One caution, this microwave requires side and top clearances. It is not designed for insertion in a cabinet.

Beautiful microwave and it works really good. The only problem is that the door doesn't always open when you push the button.

Still trying to adjust to the 1000 watt unit, my old unit was 1300 watts, but was too large for my counter top. Makes more noise than I think it should, with an open kitchen design.

I like the nice finish and big size plates fit nicely. Warms the food evenly.

This microwave is nice looking and quiet. Works great so far.
