Still trying to adjust to the 1000 watt unit, my old unit was 1300 watts, but was too large for my counter top. Makes more noise than I think it should, with an open kitchen design.

I like the nice finish and big size plates fit nicely. Warms the food evenly.

This microwave works exactly as advertised and is a good size but not too large. Sits well on the counter.

This unit is very efficient, simple to use without reading instructions (hate to spend time reading instructions) and the ceramic finish is easily wiped clean. Haven't used the grilling element yet. I do wish it had quick on settings for 1 to 5 minutes like my GE. Overall pleased.

This is a great microwave for a small kitchen. It fits almost anything you could new to go in a microwave. Plus it heats it quick and evenly.

I'm please with the quality and size of this microwave. Fits nicely on my counter. The only thing I'm disappointed with, the manual does not say how to use the grilling element.

Bought this for my Mother-in-law and she loves it. It fits on a table/counter top, looks and works great. Perfect for an apartment.

My old GE died suddenly. I used it almost daily for reheating foods and coffee. I have limited counter space under kitchen cabinets so size was the main priority. I initially decided to buy another model, but it was unavailable at the closest Best Buy. I was told it could be shipped to me, but that would take 3 days when I would not be home. I researched models again and found the Samsung which was available at a store about 35 miles away and which I purchased the next day. I am pleased with its operation although it is noisier than the GE, and it takes more pressure to press the buttons. It also has "Grill Cook" and "Crusty Plate" features that I have not used yet but plan to.

We were in a bind and needed a microwave that would fit in a particular spot. Unfortunately the spot would not accommodate a 1200 watt unit. This unit gave us as much power as possible within our size limitations and more than meets our needs.

Compact and has plenty of power needed. Easy to use display and very functional.

Very good microwave oven! This one even has the ability to brown the food and get it crispy. I dropped one star because I didn't like the fact a few buttons were not available to me on this particular model. That's a personal preference, so I suggest you look hard at this one...it's very good!

This microwave will dominate any costco burrito you dare place into its 2.4ghz chamber of doom. Many cold hearted tubes of protein and starch have met their maker in this stylish piece of the modern american kitchen. It really looks great with a travertine backslash and distressed hickory floors. Cons: if you press the start button, it will add 30 seconds to the torment too the chamber. A second press of the start button will add a potentially crippling 30 seconds of brutality. However, it will not automatically inflict the 1kw of doom without depressing the start button. My previous $20 microwave did not have this weakness.
