Missing light in keypad (at night you can see the clock only-no the keypad for programing) I don't know why sometimes the up surface goes too hot than normal

I am super happy with this purchase. It works great, looks nice and is so much better in use my old microwave. As a plus, it now matches with my fridge and stove too.

Overall it's good, the only thing bothers me is to press hard on the buttons. It's a decent purchase.

We like it so far. Having a grill in built on this model is a nice feature and comes handy to avoid using oven for small items.

We love our new Samsung 1.1 Cu. Ft. stainless steel countertop microwave. When it’s not cooking our food to perfection, it sits there looking real pretty.

Has big indent on the side and top right doesn’t really affect it but for the price I wish it didn’t. Takes longer to cook things

Broke after a year and 6 months, it started to make a noise as if it was on but then a smoke smell came out. It then shut off and didn’t turn back on. Don’t waste your money on this

We had been without a microwave for a few months when we finally decided to purchase a new one. Normally we just purchase the cheapest box store one, however this time we wanted something a bit more reliable. Being fans of other Samsung products, we decided to add to our collection. Until narrowing down the brand we were not aware of the new function that Samsung offers, the grilling function. We tried it out the first time with frozen corn dogs and were not disappointed. They came out crispy, just like when you use an oven. That being said, since there is an electric heating element in the microwave the inside is built more like an oven, with the enamel coating, which in turn makes it easier when it comes time to cleaning. Over all like the size, power and options of this microwave.

I wanted a small counter friendly microwave that was easy to use, easy to clean, and powerful enough. I got far more than I bargained for! This microwave has a crisper, as well as a grilling function, and has a granite like interior that is easy to clean. And to really make it a winner, you are able to silence the beep! In addition, though it has a stainless steel front panel, it's mostly black, which is also what I wanted. I bought this as an open box item, but it didn't have a box, it had been their display model.

We are a family of 2 so we needed something smaller that would fit under our cabinet. This was a perfect fit. It works perfectly. Cleans easily. We haven't used the pizza option yet, but we are planning to try it out soon. Heats evenly for all food. We are super satisfied with the price vs the product. Just waiting to see how long it holds up.

My over the oven microwave decided to die in the middle of dinner preparation so I hustled out to BB to find a counter top replacement. I was looking for one with reasonable size and at least 1,000 watts of power. After spending some time in the store discovering many models out of stock I found this one (finally) in stock. The price was a little high but I had some reward $ and decided to get it. Other than being a little heavy (most are) this model was easy to remove from the packaging, set up, and run. It is large enough that I can microwave bacon on a large plate with no problem. There are plenty of options for presets. The only issue with it and the reason I graded it 4 vs 5 is that it appears to be not quite 1,000 watts. The defunct over the counter microwave was 1,000 watts but this one requires a little more power and a little more time to cook/heat the same items as with the old one. Once I figured out how much to "ramp" things up I had no problems.
