I miss having shortcut buttons (1 for 1 min, etc). It does have a 30 Sec shortcut button but you have to hit start after for it to work.

I’ve had this product for four days and when it heats and heats things thoroughly. My old microwave just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I have not tried the air fryer or real part of it yet, but will come back when I do.

It is slightly more expensive than other similar products. Perhaps it is because I have yet learned to appreciate all the features it claims to have.

Countertop microwave, not much heating going on

It does heat items, but takes more time to do so...what I could heat in 2 minutes in my previous microwave takes 3-4 minutes in this one. And, items do not stay heated long, The black function buttons are difficult to see. Interior space will be an issue if you have large plates. I measured mine to be certain they would fit, but if not placed 'just right', I have to reposition or the plate rubs the sides of the unit. It's not bad, but if you have a family of more than 2 (my 3 sons are at college most of the year now), I recommend purchasing a bit larger (space permitting) and a higher wattage microwave.
