I bought this for my mom she loves it. it is just the right size and works great.

This is a nice microwave, just leaves some things to be desired. It does heat items, but takes more time to do so...what I could heat in 2 minutes in my previous microwave takes 3-4 minutes in this one. And, items do not stay heated long, The black function buttons are difficult to see. Interior space will be an issue if you have large plates. I measured mine to be certain they would fit, but if not placed 'just right', I have to reposition or the plate rubs the sides of the unit. It's not bad, but if you have a family of more than 2 (my 3 sons are at college most of the year now), I recommend purchasing a bit larger (space permitting) and a higher wattage microwave.

So I loved this microwave til after 5 days of using it the door wouldn't open when you pushed the button and it made a rattle like noise. I returned.

The finish matches well with our SS kitchen appliances. We had space constraints and this unit fit into our allotted space. This model was lighter than our previous Samsung microwave, particularly, the door. However, it appears to be well built and heats food adequately.

great little microwave at a great price. More features than expected.

I love the ceramic interior! Not sure if it really is, but it seems like the quality of this one is SO much better than my old Panasonic. This ones isn't as high from a wattage perspective, but it still seems to do a better job. The interior is easy to clean and I haven't found the same issues others have mentioned about the buttons being difficult.

We recently overhauled our kitchen and took out the built in microwave and added this to a built in cabinet. It work very well. the stainless exterior matches our stove,dishwasher, fridge, and hardware. the interior ceramic is easy to clean. the grill/crisper feature is great, but does take a little more time to use. overall very pleased with the form and function. Samsung doesn't disappoint with this one.

This is a great microwave for day to day use, the grilling feature is the only part that is lacking. Takes so long to warm up, ended up switching to regular microwave mode. Like the ceramic interior though! Matches our stove/oven. Overall good purchase!

this microwave is very flexible. It has the ability to grill, microwave and to become a roaster oven. It's built well and it seems that it could last for years great product.

I bought this microwave to replace an older Samsung model that I have. I wanted something a bit smaller, but was a little worried that it wouldn't be as good at its job. Luckily, I was wrong. This microwave does everything my old one did, plus has a grilling feature. It takes up less counter space too which is just what I needed.

My son likes the grill. Crisps up his cheese sticks. I just use it to warm stuff up. Does fine. I do miss that I can't use the kitchen timer and use the oven at the same time.

It was the right size to fit in the hole left from the old, dead microwave. It's loud and tinny but it's still alive; which is longer than the old one lasted! Never have used the broiler option ...

The microwave is easy to operate. It does all the basic things expected of a microwave. It also has some features I wasn't completely familiar with. As I familiarize myself with the operations of the microwave and these features I am coming to enjoy it more.

When it came time for a new microwave, I checked online and Best Buy as always had the best deals. We narrowed our search and then went into the store. A very nice young man helped us with our purchase. The new Samsung microwave also will grill and has a new surface inside that is much easier to clean. I'm very happy with it!

I needed to replace a similar Samsung microwave that was 18 years old--and it was ME that broke it. So I was sticking with a winner. I have not been disappointed--this oven is very well-made and does everything I need a microwave to. Even more, if you add in the grilling element. This was not my cheapest choice, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
