I got the microwave since it can Bake pizzas which it has built in grilling coil & comes with a metal plate to hold a pizza or other food items without having to use a full size oven

This microwave comes with a metal pan and rack presumably for grilling?? I warm coffee in it. I feel terrible but this years been crazy with covid19 and weddings. I'll learn all about it this winter.

This microwave is the best I have owned. Dark easy clean interior looks so much better than those white interiors of other microwaves. Looks great in my kitchen with matching samsung stove. Does take a little longer to cook than larger, more powerful microwaves, but does everything I need!

It is small, compact, and works great. We replaced our big whirlpool one that would occupy a big space in the kitchen, but this it just sits in the corner works better than the whirlpool one.

Buttons can be hard to push. Also unit will get hot when you use the baking mood. Keep nothing on it or to close to it. Other than that it is a nice unit.

This microwave works well and have had no issues other than the power cable being too short to reach the outlet. The cable comes off the right rear of the unit and needs to reach around the back and left side to an outlet to the front left of the unit. I had to buy an 8 inch extension outlet but Samsung should have made the cable longer or put it in the center of the oven. The oven cooks well, is relatively quiet, and is well designed (other than the power cord) and constructed overall. I am very pleased with it. With respect to Best Buy, this is the 3rd review I have submitted for this product but they somehow go missing.

I have had this microwave a months ago and it seems to work fine. I cook things under the time that specify and heats my food very fast

Love the Combi setting, grill and microwave feature provides crisp reheat on pizza, etc., looks nice on the counter. Used another customer recommendation for timing. Best ever for the "silence" beep button. Excellent customer service at the local store!

I originally got a GE microwave to fit inside a built in cabinet but it looked comically small. I love Samsung appliances because they look great. This microwave is the same as their other appliances; it looks amazing, easy to clean, easy to use and works phenomenally.

I bought this to replace a Panasonic inverter microwave. I liked the Panasonic, but the door latch safeties broke, which is a common fault. I mention this because I bought inverter microwave for better defrosting and heating. I decided to replace it with this Samsung because of the good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when it actually defrosted better on automatic setting than the Panasonic did. I'm very happy! The grill function is nice, and I've used it a couple times. I feel it's more of a novelty than anything, but it's nice to have. I just wish the pan had grooves or something to raise the food out of the juice, or in the case of hot dogs (which it works great for!), to keep them from rolling around.

I've been slowly changing out appliances for Samsung brand; still not sure it's worth the money. This model works well and is easy to clean. Jury is still out if it was worth the extra $50.

My husband and daughter love it. It makes his chicken tenders crispy on the outside and moist on inside. It also makes his pizza crispy. He actually read the instructions!!

I bought this for my mom, and it works fine. She really likes it. The inside of the microwave has a surface that is easy to clean. A good microwave, and not made in China.

I’m in love with this microwave! We bought it for my surgery (I’m stuck upstairs for a while), and it’s been amazing! I love it more than our primary downstairs above the range! The grill option is delicious on my chimichangas lol

The microwave is a good home microwave. It does a good job at heating your food evenly. It has a rotating wheel inside and the functionality is easy to use. The 1.1 is a little small for me, if i were to do it again, I would probably buy a larger one, and the power seems to be on the weaker side. Instead of cooking things for 1 minute (which for me on my old microwave it would do its job), I would find myself having to cook for about 1:30. Not a huge deal, but sometimes when you are trying to save time it can make a difference.

I bought this microwave on February 21st, 2016, and it has already died. I get an SE error, and when I press any key nothing happens. I take extremely good care of my appliances because I want them to last. Getting a little bit over a year of good working order out of this microwave is very disappointing, and it is making me question the Samsung brand. It has not had a heavy usage either. I called Samsung's customer service and they were not help at all. I am on my own with an extra-clean, brand-new looking microwave which just decided to stop working. Do not buy, it will not last.
