I've been slowly changing out appliances for Samsung brand; still not sure it's worth the money. This model works well and is easy to clean. Jury is still out if it was worth the extra $50.

It was a gift for my mom. She love the product is easy to use. It doesn't make noise like how other microwave do.

My husband and daughter love it. It makes his chicken tenders crispy on the outside and moist on inside. It also makes his pizza crispy. He actually read the instructions!!

I'm a single mother with 6 kids from 9 to 23. We enjoy the versatility. The grilling component is good for crisping the outside but does not cook the inside. That's the only con... I was hoping it would double as a replacement for both microwave and toaster oven. It's the perfect size for reheating but if you use a microwave to cook meals, it might be a bit small. We mostly use it for heating up teenager's food and making pop corn.

The microwave is a good home microwave. It does a good job at heating your food evenly. It has a rotating wheel inside and the functionality is easy to use. The 1.1 is a little small for me, if i were to do it again, I would probably buy a larger one, and the power seems to be on the weaker side. Instead of cooking things for 1 minute (which for me on my old microwave it would do its job), I would find myself having to cook for about 1:30. Not a huge deal, but sometimes when you are trying to save time it can make a difference.

I brought this microwave for myself. I love it a lot. Samsun is such a good brand. My kids like to used it. It’s very easy to used.

I bought this microwave on February 21st, 2016, and it has already died. I get an SE error, and when I press any key nothing happens. I take extremely good care of my appliances because I want them to last. Getting a little bit over a year of good working order out of this microwave is very disappointing, and it is making me question the Samsung brand. It has not had a heavy usage either. I called Samsung's customer service and they were not help at all. I am on my own with an extra-clean, brand-new looking microwave which just decided to stop working. Do not buy, it will not last.

I bought this microwave because it was on sale, but when I got home is when I saw all the features that it has, and is an excellent product. Love it!!

Well, the microwave works well to heat items up. I cannot fix the clock to the correct time- just have to try again. I have not tested out anything else yet in it: grilling or cooking.

This works better than our former microwave and the extra overhead and removable tray is great for quick sandwich or warm over without getting the gooey effect of straight microwave. In hot weather it seems to give a good ole quick hot meal with less room temperature effect.

I needed a new microwave - my last one was bought 28 years ago and finally died. I liked the features of this microwave. So far no problems. Would recommend this to anyone.

The only thing I don't like about this is that you can hardly see into the microwave while it's in use. I guess I'm a watcher, and it drives me crazy when I can't watch the food get heated. I might try putting in a brighter bulb to see if that works. If I do....I'll updated this post. It's cool looking when not in use since the door front is like a mirror.

Great counter microwave with a sleek and modern look. The grill is great, it heats up pizza like an oven so it's nice and crispy. Foood heats up thoroughly quickly. I like how there's an eco options to preserve some electricity.

Fits our needs perfectly and matches all the othe samsung appliances in our kitchen

good medium size microwave. havent quite figured out how to use the grilling element and directions included dont really explain it.

I purchased this for the small space cut out above my stovetop. It is pretty tight on the inside and haven't really figured out how to use the grill. It works really well for being so compact. I would definitely recommend for small spaces.

this microwave is compact but has good cooking power. I use it multiple times daily and it does no disappoint. I looked at many microwaves before choosing this one and I definitely made a good choice.

I have enjoyed using my microwave in a new a wonderful way!
