A little small but powerful. So far we love it. We needed a smaller one for our remodel and this one was perfect

We had our previous microwave for what seemed like forever. I have a house full of boys - tweens and teenagers - that never stop eating so a sturdy, reliable microwave is a must. We had recently switched our laundry units to Samsung so we decided to go with a Samsung microwave....not at all disappointed! It is very strong - you can count on your food being reheated or cooked appropriately without having to check and reheat multiple times. I love the defrost option - it gradually defrosts food and doesn't leave it partially cooked like some other microwaves. The reheat feature works perfectly too! I highly recommend this for anyone that uses their microwave several times a day all week long. (I waited a few months before writing this to make sure I was still in love.)

Smaller microwave, has a nice grill feature with heating element. Must keep clean and becareful to not use metal on microwave setting and no plastic on grill setting

Bought this for my work location with about 50 people in the office. Seems to be holding up well. Slightly on the heavy side and just make sure you have room for the size. Good product for the size that it is and surprisingly spacious for the 1.1 size. Overall happy with the product.

I don't like having to hit the start button after hitting the add 30 seconds button or the 1 minute button. Those buttons should start immediately after pushing the button without having to hit start. Otherwise I like the microwave a lot.

Work as it should. It has a nice browning element. The keypad works as expected although at times it needs a little extra force. The kitchen timer works perfectly and reverts back to the clock when the time expires, no need to do anything. The sound alert is a standard 4 beeps that are pleasant. The only thing I would like to see is the keypad backlit. Overall I like it.

I replaced our 30+ year old microwave with this unit. Although I'd originally looked at the micros that also had air fryer capabilities, along with the grilling feature, I could not manage to overcome the price point...plus those units would not fit in the space allocated. This is a pretty nifty unit. The husband uses the micro only, with none of the presets, but I find that I use the whole features list. Suggestion: I preheat the grill coil for about one minute before placing the food in the unit. Also, as the grill coil is really only on the back half, I also place my food off-center so the food will rotate under the coil.

I like the sleek look and very easy to use the digital touchscreen! The turntable does make some vibration noise when cooking.

Perfect fit for my kitchen. I wish the +30 seconds button activated the microwave right away, but instead you have to hit start afterwards. Other than that I love it.

Having young kids means you use your microwave a lot. We went through three different sub-1.5 cubic foot microwaves in about 18 months (1 Panasonic, 1 GE, and 1 LG), each of which broke with less than 8 months of usage (figure about 3x per day). Thank heavens for the 2-year Best Buy warranty I purchased on each of them as BB just let me replace them with another model each time. Figured I'd give the Samsung a try and was very happy with it. Well, we got exactly 28 months of life out of this one before the door release mechanism has given up the fight. Of course we are now 4 months outside of the 2-year BB warranty so i guess I'll have to try something else now. Microwave worked very well (and frankly still does), but it's nearly impossible to get the door open now. I would have rated this 4-4.5 stars, but I still don't think an appliance should break in only 28 months. I should have immediately brought it back when I started seeing the occasional door release issues about 6 months ago.

Appearance and working is fine. Ceramic inside is appealing. Would have liked it more if it were more intuitive. You need to press start after setting the time instead of it automatically starting.

Works well heats quickly. Only negative is its very noisy? 3 stars because it's so noisy.

Great microwave for the price. Lots of features and a nice streamlined look. The only thing I would change is to add a quick minute button. Love the browning feature.

This Samsung microwave oven is a good fit to our Samsung line of appliances and it's been working great without any issues for past couple of months. Great product.

Our larger microwave was old and quit, but we oved all the options. Fortunately same options kn a smzller version is perfect for us seniors.

Never seen grilling element in microwave and Was skeptical until I learned to use it. Works good to add crisp crunch to foods

Hands down this microwave was a great purchase. It does everything that I need it to do and quickly warms, cooks and defrosts food. It is a stylish addition to my kitchen and has a great brand name that you can rely on for known quality. The price was reasonable also.
