I bought this as an upgrade from the white microwave I had. It's a sharp looking little microwave. The features are nice. It was a good buy.

Very nice microwave. Have had it for a month and all is well. Heats leftovers very quickly. Seems hotter than my other one but it may have been dying a slow death. I'm confident it'll last many years. We've never had a problem with Samsung products.

Got this microwave for my mom and she loves it. Heats up food and beverages quickly and she enjoys using it.

Works well and compact I have a small place and this fits well.

Looks very nice and well made. The door opens and closes quietly but firmly. I can't stand a cheaply made microwave with a loud door. The inside looks like a real oven. I have not used the grill feature yet but need to give it a try.

we like this microwave very much we really like that the inside is like an oven and has a reheat for pizza and fries that dosen't make them soggy highly recommend it

I bought my microwave in September, and 3 months later it starts making a buzzing noise while it is on. The last month, it is getting harder and harder to open. I click the button and I need to hold it down while I pull the door open with my other hand from the top.

We needed a new countertop microwave and went into the store to see some demos. They had a ton to offer so that was nice. This SS one fit the bill for us as it will be going in a 18” shelf in a 27” wall cabinet. Should have just enough space around the outside. It’s beeps are not annoyingly loud, which is nice. It opens nicely. Lots of cook options and we liked the element for broiling. It’s not super quiet when in use but it’s not loud either. Hoping it will last another 16 years like our first!

Love this microwave and haven't even tried all of its many features. So far, the best I've ever had and this goes back to the many I've owned since 1977. So I've got experience with them. Good buy for the price for sure.

So I hate when microwaves beep at me like 5 times to let me know my coffee is done heating up. ONCE is more than enough! Also when heating up water for baby bottles at 230 AM that loud beep gets 3x as loud it seems. This microwave works great, works quite, and has a SOUND OFF feature which turns off the alerts and noises when you push the buttons. BEST feature ever.

Overall very reliable and accurate with the settings available. Popcorn was correct in time and temperature automatically chosen by the Samsung Microwave Oven. In regards to Popcorn, it was the first Microwave Oven that cooked popcorn correctly. All prior Microwave ovens purchased overcooked or undercooked. The microwave lasted a little over 3 years, and far longer than prior microwave ovens purchased. I was fortunate in that I purchased an extended warranty, which I will attempt to use, tomorrow when I take the Microwave to the store. The only extra that should have been added would have been an illuminated key pad, when touched. Still, very satisfied overall, and definitely would recommend for its accuracy and longevity.

Its okay for the price . Would buy again nothing else to say 150 words is a lot to request

This Samsung microwave is more compact and powerful than the Panasonic microwave it replaced. Great quality and performance for a great price!
