Super quite microwave, looks and functions great. We have been looking for a while and have tried several products before settling on Samsung brand. I would definitely recommend this microwave.

We needed a new microwave that was a certain size to fit the space allocated in our kitchen. Of course Best Buy came through for us AND it even matches our new stove and refrigerator!

We love this microwave. It's smaller and fits in the cabinet out of the way and not able to be seen. Great for anyone wanting to "hide" their microwave in a cabinet.

Overall, the unit works nicely and I'm very satisfied. The rep in the store said the grilling function is similar to a toaster oven, which its not, but I have found it useful - particularly for re-warming chicken and meat, or making cheese melt nicely on Italian leftovers. I experimented once, and it did grill a bratwurst (still prefer an actual grill, but it was interesting. The "combination" function is particularly nice when warming a dinner, as well.

As empty nesters, we don’t need a large microwave. However, we need one large enough to warm up a casserole, cook a small meal, or aid in food preparation. This one is perfect for us.

Purchased this after the previous office microwave died. Several office mates have praised the quality and smooth operation. Not all functionality has been utilized yet, but the crisping plate was recently used. While not quite as wonderful as we had hoped, reheated pizza was better than without it! There is some concern about cleaning splatters from the inside top due to the exposed elements. It has not yet happened, but is only a matter of time.

short term it has performed in every capacity. But it would appear that Samsung has some issues throughout its appliance range. So bear in mind this is a very short term review. Time will tell.

I am loving this recent purchase. I use my microwave daily and this is perfect. Great since for the space that I have.

This microwave works great for the way we use it, melting butter, boiling water, reheating leftovers. The problem is, you can't buy a decent looking microwave that doesn't do a bunch of extra stuff. It seems like all the fancy features work well, but I'll probably never use them. The price is quite reasonable if you want something more than the minimal countertop version but less than the expensive "built in" trim kit version.
