Easy to use and good quality! Will definitely recommend it !

This was exactly what we needed. Looks slick and functionality is as expected. Unlike some of the other reviews I have seen, buttons are not difficult to use nor is it a loud oven. The grill feature works surprisingly well. Love that it has a silent feature so as to not have to deal with loud beeping. Only issue I had was that it came without a user’s manual. I had to go to the samsung website and look for one because it is unclear how the grill setup is supposed to be used. Have had it for nearly a month and works great so far.

Good microwave for what I paid. It was tough choosing between this microwave and the black stainless.

My son absolutely loves this. He is able to grill food in the microwave and it fits in his space perfectly.

I wanted to replace my old microwave oven. Seeing other reviews I decided for this one. Received on time. But within a month it stopped working. Talked to Best Buy customer service and they sent a new one. Amazing thing was the customer service. It works well until now though the keypad is clunky. I miss the 10 second increment of my old microwave.

Well bought this since it has the grill element. The instructions booklet was not helpful. I had Togo online to find how to operate the grill. Still Tomlinson get to cook not sure how to use the browning plate.

The unit fit perfectly on counter. Doesn’t take up much room but it’s very efficient

I really like this microwave it's spot on for heating up food evenly through out the time of process. It cooks the food quickly so it doesn't take a lot of time heat your food up.

Purchased to replace an old Sharp model. Works as advertised, heats food well and is easy to clean. Finish fits in well with stainless steel appliances.

This is so revolutionary. This thing grills,bakes, and microwaves really well. Better than other more expensive units I have purchased. And the design really updates my other kitchen appliances.

One of my favorite things of this oven is how smooth the door closes, just a simple click no hard pushing. The ceramic coating inside is really nice

Great buy and. I Like the grill option. Had it for about 2 months and so far I am liking it. Plenty of power.

The unit does all the regular microwave functions, but don't think that it can be operated intuitively. it's not plug and play. I've had the unit three months and have almost figured out the auto reheat, auto defrost and straight microwave at power functions. Grilling will have to wait for a long weekend with nothing else pressing to do. Lots of potential in the unit but takes awhile to get used to.

I got this microwave on sale and it does the job. It looks nice in my kitchen and is easy to use.

Excellent Mid size Microwave Oven! Could not be more pleased. After researching a lot of microwaves Samsung fit the bill.

I have not had the opportunity to use most of the functions. However, the unit performs as advertised.

seems to be working well, no issues so far have only had this microwave for a few months
