My only complaint is that there were no instructions to advise how to use certain features and the online instructions are over 30 pages. There should be some specific instructions that come with the product re: set up and some of the special features like grilling etc.

Heats and reheats well. Haven’t quite figured out the crisper function.

Overall it was a hood purchase. It works as it should, has many options, it’s easy for young kids to open and close.

This is a good small microwave. The best part of this microwave is grilling feature. I highly recommend this microwave.

I have had no issues at this time. It is not noisy like my last microwave. Reheats extremely well. I have not used the grilling unit yet. The price was really great also.

I recently moved to a new apartment, and needed a microwave. It needed to be on the small size, but I didn't want to limit myself on what I could use it for. Enter the Samsung microwave. Although it has a small footprint, the interior space is larger than many larger microwaves. I have never used the pre-programmed buttons on any microwave, but I tried it with this one, and to my surprise, they worked very well. It also comes with a couple of attachments to help keep crisp food, like pizza, crisp. They work great. An excellent product at a great price.

I love the interior because is in a different material, my last microwave was full of rust because the inner space was made of alumininum. This one is excellent and easy to clean.

Great microwave that does enough of everything to make it quite handy. Easy to use for quick, crispy chicken nuggets when you don't want to have to heat up the whole oven.

When our old Frigidaire microwave died, we discovered it was now a discontinued model. And, this Samsung was the closest one as far as size, color, etc, but it had even more features that I would expect seeing on more expensive models.....such as Volume control, clock dimmer, radiant heating element. The only downside is that there is no "one button" time usage. Even after pressing the 30 Sec button, it still requires you to press START.

I am dedicated to the Samsung brand. This microwave is the perfect size for our countertop.

All works well. Only thing is it’s very loud. Oh well

We use our microwave a lot. We had a larger Samsung model before this but had to downsize due to a kitchen remodel. Exactly the same functionality has the more expensive one at a lower cost. We do not miss our larger (and more expensive) microwave one bit. Excellent appliance.

This is a great microwave. It has a heating element that alows you to grill food. You can reheat pizza and make it crispy and not soggy. Perfect size for the space we have.
