Being using it for the past few weeks I love it, time, temperature are calibrated, and the settings are perfect. My son can press the popcorn set and it cooks perfectly. 100% recommend the brand and model. Did not give 5 stars, because nobody or all items are perfect.

Door is not aligned right. At first it wouldn't open at all and I was prepared to return it. Then it started opening. Now it catches about 30% of the time. I may still have to exchange it.
