It’s large and heavy but it sure does heat things up. It has a lot of options for whatever you need to throw in it and it works great if you’re looking for a microwave this is a good one if you have the space on your countertop

Love this microwave. Easy to use and looks good. My only issues are it is light weight and moves when I push the buttons and the door is a push button instead of a pull handle. Those are my issues tho, others may not mind it so much. A definite recommend to buy.

I was surprised a the low price for such an excellent Microwave oven. I needed a small and compact one that would fit perfectly on my countertop. I love croissant but not when they are soggy, same with left over pizza, by warming them up in a microwave. With Samsung’s special feature I can actually heat either one, they come out nice and crisp. The best part is that I don’t need to heat up an entire oven for doing so.

This microwave was designed beautifully. Opening the microwave barely makes a noise as the button is easy to push and barely makes a noise (which is apparently less common than you might think). The light turns on when the door opens as well as when the food is cooking and most importantly the food is evenly heated.

Looks great. Comes with a pan in case I ever decide to make pizza in it. Has so many settings and they are easy to use. I haven't used all of them yet but it's nice to have. Also doesn't splatter the food everywhere but it's still nice to have a cover (not included). Food heats up fast too.

I bought this microwave for my new home. I have all Samsung appliances an wanted a matching microwave. This compact microwave oven is a quality oven with ceramic interior an an oven as a bonus which I brevet had before but really have begun to enjoy it.

Pros: Good value if you're looking for a grilling microwave for nachos, pizza, etc. 1.1 cubic feet model looks great. Cons: Died in three months with mild burning plastic smell. Microwave came back to life three days later, but I wanted to get it fixed for certain. Had to call Samsung service number three times as they weren't giving me the right information to make an appointment with the local repair shop. As it turns out, wire connector to thermostat was not pinched down adequately at factory. This caused electricity to arc and melt plastic cover on connector (see attached photo). The tech said that the electrical connection was probably now "good," since the two pieces of metal had literally melted together, but he replaced the thermostat and wire connector anyway. Closest "local" third-party repair shop contracted by Samsung was 30 minutes away from heart of Dallas, so thank goodness they had mobile technicians. (Samsung pays for warrantied carry-in service, but this place does value-add and comes to your home at no cost. Technician said product was warrantied for 14 months, not the 12 I thought, but YMMV.) I'm babying the handle because of the Amazon reviews about that. Make sure you press it in the right place and with reasonable pressure. Update: The wiring at the thermostat has melted two more times and I've replaced a small power-delivery circuit board with one from eBay. So that's four repairs in about five years, the most recent one this evening. I still like the microwave, but only because I've been able to fix it myself. The door open button has become iffy as mentioned in other reviews.

I love this microwave. My previous microwave stopped working and I decided to order the Samsung as I love Samsung products. This is easy to use (don't even need the instructions). Grilling component is a plus. Great for two person household. Highly recommend.

Love this microwave. Love the design and the function buttons are great. Love the easy clean dark interior. Haven't yet tried the grilling element, so I can speak to that feature. The button you push to open the door doesn't always work with a single push after about the first month of use. Frustrating, but nothing I can't live with since I love the unit otherwise. It was exactly the size and style I was looking for.

I am very please with my purchase. The inside is easy to clean and the outside looks great. This was a perfect size for a countertop microwave.

I try to stay away from using the microwave and got this one just in case (hard to never use one), this one leaves the food I want to be crispy nice and crispy. Doesn't take up much space and looks very nice. It is a really good deal for what it does. I would defined recommend this item for anyone in the market.

The microwave is powerful and does what it should do and more! It heats food much hotter than my old microwave. I love the appearance. The time is bright and sleek! There is a grill feature, but I don't plan on using it.

Nice size and matches our new kitchen. We had a dial on last one so we have no issues using it. Really pretty simple to use. Heat's food well and can now use large dishes we could not fit in last one. Outside front does show fingerprints when used. Overall very happy with this purchase.

This product is great and fits nicely on the counter. Easy to use and has many features which makes microwave cooking easy. Love the interior, it cleans up quickly and stays looking nice.

This is a great little countertop microwave, just big enough to get the job done, the ceramic interior makes for a quick and easy cleanup. I would rate five stars, but I didn't get the grilling rack with mine, so I have no idea how to use the griller.

Excellent for a medium microwave. You cannot beat the price. It's a stainless steel, ceramic interior for easy cleaning. Also there is a broiling heating element. I'm very happy with this Samsung appliance.

If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, this is a great Microwave, however, it is not a funk-sized unit, so don't go in expecting to be able to be able to cook large items in it. On the positive side, it doesn't take up a lot of counter space, and that was what we needed, so it was perfect for us. The only issue we've experienced is that the door doesn't open by itself all of the time the first time you press the button, which is a minor irritant.

I bought this to replace a large microwave that I had on my counter to save some space. It is very sleek with the black and stainless steel front, has a modern look. It works well I haven't tried all the features yet such as the grilling element so can't speak to that. One feature that I like is if you microwave something and don't take it out right away it will beep after a minute or so to remind you that you have something waiting to be removed. It is not as powerful as the one I replaced, but for a smaller microwave it works well and the inside and turntable are almost as large as the one I replaced. It closes nicely without alot of pressure and the open button works smoothly as well. Overall a very good value for a medium priced microwave.
