About a year and a half the thermostat went out , I replaced it for a five dollar part, and wasn’t hard to fix myself. There wasn’t enough ventilation around it which I think caused it to go out. But other than that is a good microwave.

Small and the door already doesn’t always open by just pushing the button and have to pull it open. Not sure what a 5 star microwave would be but this ain’t it.

Thank God Best Buy handed me the receipt so I could called the manufacturer. Three month after I purchased stopped working. They left some parts inside and blew a fuse or something. They came fast though and fixed. Still working

It takes twice as long to cook everything as it did in our last microwave. The buttons are hard to read and could be brighter. The grill feature is kinda cool but it takes a really long time to cook things- as long as if you are using an actual toaster oven but if you don’t also have a toaster oven, this could be helpful. It is weird that you have to use a special rack To use the grill feature and find a place to store the rack when not using. Overall, I have not been impressed by this microwave but am too lazy to return it.
