The microwave is quiet and the cooking is faster than my previous same wattage Samsung microwave. Look is very decent, and I have everything Samsung brand kitchen items/TV. Very recently started noticing the door sometimes doesn't open. Need to press the open button, and also slightly pull the door with other hand. Thinking of spraying little WD-40, or may check if this can be repaired/replaced under warranty. Deducting 2 start for this.

Poor Quality

The outside heats up way too much and it makes noises. I received this on 2/16/21 and I was going to return it today but found out the return period expired 3/3/21. I bought this to match my new kitchen but I wish I had kept my old one that worked much better and now I'm stuck with it. The return policy should be at least 30 days.

I'll give it a month or two before I complain further. I'm thinking that perhaps the tiny little plastic wheels on the spinny thing need to be worn down bit..perhaps?

I CALLED THE REPAIRMAN THAT WAS RECOMMENDED BY SAMSUNG. HE PICKED UP MY MICROWAVE AND CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE PART THAT WAS BROKEN (MAGNETRON?) COST MORE THAN A NEW UNIT SO HE WOUD NOTIFY SAMSUNG AND I WOULD GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. WELL AFTER DEALING WITH SAMSUNG FOR OVER A YEAR...YES OVER A YEAR AND JUMPING THROUGH HOOP AFTER HOOP...THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME A REFUND UNLESS I SEND THEM A PICTURE OF THE CUT CORD!! WELL SINCE THE GUY NEVER RETURNED THE MICROWAVE TO ME AND I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I NEEDED TO SEND A PICTURE OF THE CUT CORD, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEND THIS TO THEM. THEY EVEN CALLED THE GUY AND HE TOLD THEM HE PICKED IT UP AND DID NOT RETURN IT TO ME AND THEY ARE STILL NOT WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE!! I JUST BOUGHT ALL NEW APPLIANCES FOR MY HOUSE AND THERE WERE SOME REALLY NICE LOOKING SAMSUNG APPLIANCES THAT I MIGHT HAVE BOUGHT IN THE PAST BUT I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM OVER THE PAST 1 YEAR AND 4 MONTHS!! I TOLD THEM WHEN I KEPT CALLING THAT MY PERSISTENCE WAS NOT ABOUT THE REFUND BUT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT I WOULD NOT STOP CALLING UNTIL THEY DID THE RIGHT THING BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OBVIOUSLY NOT GOING TO CHANGE AND I'M JUST TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME!! It takes forever to make toast. Not an issue for me since I was unaware it had this feature until I got it home. If you want one and intend to use this feature just be aware it does not work very well. As a microwave oven its great.
