The unit came out of the box with a ding on the door and because of the virus siutation, I am living with it rather than try to exchange it.

The door wouldn't open and needed to be fixed. Good news it was under warrenty, but when we got it Back we still had an issue.

There is a grill option that is convenient for crisping items that come out of most microwaves in this price range soggy. This works nice. It has 12 guick set options. It is quiet in operation and looks really great. Very happy with this purchase.
