The grilling element works great and we have been using it to make toast which is fantastic. We are looking at getting rid of our toaster oven because of how effective it is. The combi/grill feature works great as well and makes fries and chicken nuggets crispy instead of the typical rubbery microwave result. Also, the ceramic coated inside is much more user friendly and easier to clean. Wonderful product!
