This Samsung microwave goes a step above the average. I really enjoy the the grilling feature.

Perfect microwave for my under-counter mounted cabinets.

It heats up well and you can input any amount of time you want. Even and odd numbers included.

I had size limitations I had to meet in this microwave. It not only fits my space but performs well.

Bought this as an open-box excellent item. When it was delivered I opened it to find that the microwave door would not open. Thinking it might have some sort of safety I plugged it in to find that pressing the open door button activated the microwave with the door open about 1/4”. After contacting customer service I was told that they would initiate a replacement to be sent to me, in the meantime I should start my return. I sent the microwave back, and when my replacement didn’t arrive (after 10 days or so) I contacted customer support to be told that I would not be receiving a replacement and that they were initiating the refund for my money… which I would not receive for another 7-10 days. At this point I was offered a $20 gift card for my trouble that would be mailed to me in the same 7-10 day period with apologies to the misinformation of the previous agent. I finally received my refund but no gift card. Again I contacted customer service to be told that I was not receiving a gift card and that they were unable to send me a gift card. When asked how they could compensate me, the answer was that they would notify quality assurance to make sure no one else would receive this treatment. They again gave me the line “My apologies for the previous agents misinformation”. Altogether I spent well over 4 hours in contact with customer service for them to hold my money for over 14 days with no help. I eventually bought the microwave through other means and it has been great so far.

This Samsung microwave is great !!! I used to go to Best Buy and look at all the different brands of appliances. I purchased all new Samsung appliances for a home about a year ago and just loved them. Then unexpectedly having to sell the home I found myself in need of new appliances for a different home. I purchased all new Samsung appliances, including a stand alone microwave as well as new front load washer and dryer. Loving them all over again.

THIS IS A VERY POWERFUL MICROWAVE FOR IT'S SIZE. HAS PLENTY OF SETTINGS FOR ALL KINDS OF FOODS.

After 90 days the whole panel was dead. We reached out to Samsung Customer Service and ended up bringing the unit to a local repair center that said we should have it fixed by the end of the week. After almost a month, we finally got it back and everything seemed great, until it died again with the exact same problem after less than 3 weeks!!! After calling Samsung Customer Service and explaining that with 2 young children and having to heat milk in the morning, trying to do another repair is just too much of an inconvenience, Samsung said that normally they require another attempted repair but said we could forward them the bill of sale and request a refund instead because of our situation. After almost a dozen or so calls, emails, and uploads to get the refund issued, only now, after over 2 weeks of back-and-forth, we are being told that we still need to attempt another repair??? Terrible customer service and completely misleading to their loyal customers!!! My last ticket with Samsung was #5117590643. Stay away from Samsung products is you value spending your time with your family rather than Samsung Customer Service.

I would have given this product a five star rating had it been easier to push the selections on the keypad to start cooking, defrosting, or using the kitchen timer. Another problem was that it cannot be used while the kitchen timer is on. It kind of defeats the purpose.

This is the quietest smooth running microwave we have ever owned (and there have been many (mostly GE & Amana) This oven far outshines all of them. Still working on how to use the griller, a little slow when using combo setting.

Easy to operate and versatile as micro and grille feature!

It's a Samsung. It looks and works great. It was reasonably priced. We got it to match other appliances.

Returned this microwave after 2 months of use because of the noises. The door was loud to open and close. When heating it was the loudest oven I have ever heard. The sides seemed to reverberate the regular sound to higher volumes. The buttons usually required several pokes to register your input. Never tried the heating element but it often got in the way with tall items. No stars for this review.

This microwave works well. Haven't tried all the features yet, but all the one I have used are great.

easy to understand keypad 30 second add time very helpful interior the easiest to clean ever!

I love all the features this microwave has to offer including the crisper option! However, I'm not a fan of only being able to press the right side of the door open button nor having to store the crisper plate separately. Otherwise works like a charm!
