I've had it since November (it's now late January) and it's worked like a charm. The grill function is unique — I don't use it often, but it's nice. Microwave functions work well, and the presets for the most part are spot-on.

Not sure we will ever use the grill feature, but who knows? The only negative I've noticed is the keypad is not that sensitive. Instead of pushing numbers, etc with fingertips, we need to use knuckles.....

Other bigger microwaves you would hit start and it would automatically start at 30 Seconds. Push it again and auto add 30 Seconds with each push. Have not used browning rack yet.

I love the way it looks, it’s not too big or bulky on the outside and has a good amount of space inside. It’s easy to clean and I love the grill feature it has. I do wish it had a handle instead of a push button to open but it’s something I can live without.
