Love this small microwave. Big enough for our needs but doesn’t take a lot of space

Havent had the microwave very long but seems to get the job done.

This microwave lacks a "timed cook" feature that my previous microwave had that allowed me to input the exact time to cook foods or to reheat items. This microwave lacks this feature. It does have an "auto reheat" feature which automatically sets for 6 minutes and some odd seconds. You can, of course, stop it. There is a feature which allows you to stop and reset the auto reheat plus or minus 30 seconds at a time, which to me, being old school (and old) is just a pain in the ---. Overall, I purchased it because of it's size. It is just okay. I haven't tried the "grilling" feature, which I will probably never use.

The microwave overall works great. No complaints at all. I don't really get the "grilling element" because it doesn't seem to really "grill" anything. It all works really good though.

This microwave is very nice for the price! It even has convection and that was a plus!

Bought this as an open-box excellent item. When it was delivered I opened it to find that the microwave door would not open. Thinking it might have some sort of safety I plugged it in to find that pressing the open door button activated the microwave with the door open about 1/4”. After contacting customer service I was told that they would initiate a replacement to be sent to me, in the meantime I should start my return. I sent the microwave back, and when my replacement didn’t arrive (after 10 days or so) I contacted customer support to be told that I would not be receiving a replacement and that they were initiating the refund for my money… which I would not receive for another 7-10 days. At this point I was offered a $20 gift card for my trouble that would be mailed to me in the same 7-10 day period with apologies to the misinformation of the previous agent. I finally received my refund but no gift card. Again I contacted customer service to be told that I was not receiving a gift card and that they were unable to send me a gift card. When asked how they could compensate me, the answer was that they would notify quality assurance to make sure no one else would receive this treatment. They again gave me the line “My apologies for the previous agents misinformation”. Altogether I spent well over 4 hours in contact with customer service for them to hold my money for over 14 days with no help. I eventually bought the microwave through other means and it has been great so far.

It's an easy to use microwave until you get into using the grilling feature which is also pretty easy but you will need the instruction booklet to remember all the presets and Combi mode etc I did cook a steak in my microwave though with just the grill feature so that was a fun test. Worked ok but I don't think I'm ever so busy I need to "nuke" (grill) a steak for 40 minutes.
