Door latch issue

It won’t always open without physically pulling the door from the top while pushing the switch. Other reviews mention the same problem so obvious quality control issue. I can no longer return it so going through Samsung directly for warranty options. Except for the door latch it works great & easy to clean.

At first the I was concerned about the noise maybe coming from the fan. Am not very sure what makes it noisy but the sound doesn’t bother me anymore and I love how it cooks. It’s very hot but it also has a kid feature that decreases the heat. This is like a mini oven.
