The door opening mechanism stopped working properly within a year. The control buttons required too much pressure to work. And the grilling element took up space and made the unit hard to clean. All very annoying, and so replaced the unit after less than 2 years. Seemed to heat fine though.

Doesn't heat food quickly

The glass tray clicked for about a month, It does not heat well and now the door wont open properly - I have to pull it open after pushing the button - Havent returned it because havent taken the time to do so. Would not recommend -

You needed a flashlight. The Samsung was chosen because I was now alert to make sure I could see the numbers before taking this one home. Excellent product.

I'm using the one from my old one right now but it's too small the make the device turn. Otherwise it works fine still trying to get a plate.

I left 4 stars because I have only used the grill feature occasionally, and have only used this microwave for about 2 weeks since moved in.
