Our primary microwave is now taking a rest and now it is used occasionally. So far the Samsung microwave does exactly as expected. No issues to report.

We don't use the grill element, it takes too long to produce results. Takes up space inside, wish it was available without grill.

Excellent value and worked for me as I was too short for the installed one. It is louder but cheaper than the ones that go in the wall. Remember that - cheaper - for all you who thought it sounded loud. Big glass tray holds all our plates.

Poor product, poor warranty

Every time I push the button, the door will get stuck in a half open state, and I will need to lift the door a bit to open it. Called SamSung and had a tech support came in, it was determined this is due to that the door latch is a bit loose which caused the leveling of the door to be uneven, this issue was considered 'cosmetic' and not covered under warranty. Personaly, I would NEVER buy a Samsung microwave again.
