The microwave comes with what's called a "crusty plate" which is metal you can put in the microwave and due to unclear instructions, I'm very hesitant to use these functions. Just wish there was a better user manual or help online from samsung's website.

The addition of the Samsung microwave added to the quality kitchen experience I already enjoyed. The microwave looks nice and works exceptionally well. I have found the pre-programmed buttons to be very accurate. Guess I just need a Samsung dishwasher to complete the experience!

I doubt we will ever use the grilling feature, but who knows:-) Only negative I have is the difficult-to-use touchpad. Forget finger tips -- use finger knuckle to enter your cooking instructions.
