We looked online, went to BBB, HD, Lowes, etc. We use it mostly for heating up left overs, drinks, making popcorn, & defrosting items. This is the best product for the price without skimping on quality.

Simple, not overly complicated and doesn't have a ton of extra features I would never use anyway. Only thing I would have preferred is a door handle instead of the push button but I knew that going in so I didn't take anything off for that.
