I would give it 5 stars but for the insufficient information provided about the sensor reheat levels. Lacks express options where you push one number and it heats on high for 1 or whatever minutes.

The only drawback is it beeps loud and if you don’t retrieve your food from the microwave after it’s finished warming, it will beep again in 30 seconds. Otherwise, a really good microwave

Bought it for the grill" crisp" setting. Have tried a couple of the other setting, this thing is amazing. Easy clean up. Instructions are easy to follow. Like i said, still learning but most of the controls are right on
