Would have gave it Five stars but doesn't have quick start. You have to hit 30 Sec. Button then start. Would like it to turn on just by hitting 30 sec button like other bigger microwaves. .

Great looking and functioning microwave. I have no complaints so far and like the pre-defined buttons. Inside the door there are tips for the pre-defined buttons (i.e. press the Pizza button equal to the number of slices).

Good microwave. Be sure food does not splatter onto the element. Don't like that there are no quick cook buttons. You still have to press start.

We replaced a similar size 30 year old Panasonic because of door latch. On first use we discovered that the internal no longer fit a venti coffee cup or a 40oz bottle of honey because of the grilling element. I also discovered that fingerprints are a continuous issue that require constant cleaning. Also missing quick set time options. It has been returned.

Purchased as Christmas gift for my son and his family. They love the grilling element option. Nice to use just one appliance instead of having to heat oven up. Even the kids can use it!

This microwave has a LOT of options, so far we've basically used it to just reheat stuff. I haven't tried any of the fancy options. However, this seems to work fine. Looks stylish on the counter.

Overall good microwave for the money, but not as powerful as expected. Haven’t tried the grilling feature yet.

We were looking to replace our microwave with a more stylish and contemporary model. We decided on this one because it fit the look we were looking for and had all of the features we wanted. This microwave is very quiet and cooks/warms food very efficiently. We love this microwave, very very nice.

This is a great microwave! I was a little wary of the price, as I've seen microwaves priced well below this one. It matched all my other samsung stainless steel appliances and after reading the reviews I went for it. Overall, great microwave. I still haven't used the grill function but I'm looking forward to it.

So far it works great. I like the no sound feature since our baby's room is close by. The defrost works well for me for defrosting frozen meats. I've only had it cook the edges of some meat once. Haven't tried the grill feature yet though.

Six month after purchase the big button that opens the door started getting stuck. This is annoying since you always hold your dish in one hand and try to open the door with another one and it does not open. I have to use both hands and some force to open the door every time. The microwave was still covered by manufacturer's warranty. Samsung approved the exchange at the store after long back-and-forth discussion and purchase data collection. Then they failed to send information to the store properly. Best Buy never received my exchange request and I am stuck with this broken item.

It's a good microwave and reviews were on target. The only complaint is the times for the reheat option are too long but you can just pull early. Besides that it would be a 5 star.

Great price looks great , works well however button to open door very loose feels like it's broken. Start key and others are small sometimes have to press more then once.

It’s a great basic microwave oven. The defrost function works better than other microwave ovens.

Works fine. Wish the controls were a little simpler and the electrical plug was flush-mount (so it would let me push the unit a little closer to the wall).

I have no idea how this microwave does it, but every kernel of corn always gets popped. I’ve tried deep frying, oven baked, grilling and. Othing pops popcorn like this beautiful Samsung popcorn oven does. I feel like Bob Barker should be the spokesman for these. Magnificent.

Bought this as a gift for my mother. It was one of the few that would fit into the shelf space available. Samsung reputation and price were the deciding factors. My mother has mentioned numerous times how much she likes it so I guess it was a good choice and a successful gift!

When I came to the store to get my microwave, I noticed the box was battered. I told the clerk I was worried about that and she said the internal packaging protects it. Ever since I started it up it makes a funny grinding noise, but does microwave the food.

Not great. The 30 second instant cook still requires you to hit start, which makes that pointless. The broil feature takes forever. The thing seems to heat every other use. It's typical of modern microwaves though....
