Not one for a cup of tea and I have to punch in the full number for 1 min instead of just pressing one and the microwave stating. Also the grill set it comes with is very high. You cannot place a cover over the food as the grill is too high. And the heating bar is not covered it is exposed, so that takes up extra space in microwave.

We paid a little more for this one but it has the browning element which also seems to work good. Its still early but I had to give it a 5 because we are very pleased.....so far!

Kinda disappointed in the hearing element feature... combo function still leaves food soggy. The biggest complaint I have is that this thing is NOISY. By far the loudest microwave I’ve ever heard. A lot of vibration sounds whenever you run the unit... I think it’s the turntable motor. I expected better for what it costs.

Ran for about 20 seconds then shut off an produced a burnt electronics smell. This is my 3rd samsung appliance that has failed and they were all just over 2 years old.

Needed a very specific size to fit a custom opening in our cupboards. This Samsung works well but seems to be a bit warm to the touch after lengthy cooking. It also makes a rather loud "growling" type noise while cooking. The buttons for specific items seem to be be programmed very accurately unlike other brands we have used at hotels or friends' homes. Would recommend especially for the sale price!

Owners manual is worthless, Controls are impossible to see in low light, we keep a flashlight nearby so we can see to push the right buttons. Came with some sort of wire rack not mentioned in manual (I thought you were not supposed to put metal in a microwave?) Also came with a metal pan for? Basically, I won't buy another Samsung.
