The zero button wouldn’t work on the pad, so it was very difficult to program anything other than 30 second intervals. Also, it was a bit narrower and shorter inside than I had anticipated, deeper too which made it meet the cu ft measurement. We returned it and bought a different make and model. Seemed solid otherwise.

This heats up really well, best unit I’ve had . Was kinda skeptical at first, but found it to be well worth the money. Will tell all my family and friends, The price was within range , the stainless steel matches my other appliances,

Love this product especially y because Samsung always makes amazing products. This has save me the room of a 2 in 1 no more having 2 bulky robots in my kitchen. This has an oven and microwave built in one, Love it. BTW makes my food taste amazing as well with the right temperature.

Pretty cool with the grilling element. Door latch button sucks like all the other folks with this model. have to press up on the door while pressing the button to open the door.

Microwave was the only appliance non Samsung we used so far. We replaced that also. Steal finish nice matching to our other appliances in the kitchen.

The size of the microwave is nice, as it will fit inside of my cabinet, allowing the microwave to be hidden. However, the button / latch for the door opening function broke within 30 days of purchase. I reached out to Samsung for warranty help (brochure states 1 year warranty) and was denied...

It's easy to clean. Cooks exactly as per directions. The sound it emits when the cooking is finished is very annoying, but can be turned off. I hope this Samsung model will last as long as the previous one.

I recommend this microwave if you are looking for a smaller, more compact one. I do not microwave much, only to reheat foods so this is perfect for our family.

I love the microwave for basic re-heating of food. The pizza reheat tray and re-heat button do not work so great. Went back to the old way of re-heating.

I got this as a gift for my mother. She absolutley loves it. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it heats up great and looks good.

When looking for a replacement for my microwave, I saw this one and knew it was THE one. Not only was it marked at a great price, it compares by wattage to more expensive brands. It's a little bigger than the one I had to replace, but that's okay with me.

This microwave is a 1.1 cu.ft machine but thanks to Best Buy guy and his measuring tape, this Samsung has the same interior space that all the other 1.5 Cu Ft microwaves have. Smallish box, big inside... my kind of appliance!

Works fine for what we use it for. While I wish the controls were even simpler, they are really no more complex than any other brand on the market now.

Had to replace a 10 yr old oven and was severely limited by space. This oven fit the bill and couldn't be happier. I didn't want to lose internal space and actually picked up a little. Happy with this purchase.

Love the style. Honestly, have not yet used as I'm waiting for my new kitchen to be finished. But love the trim style red, as opposed to all-over red. Classy look.
