The microwave is a good one. I love Samsung products

Works fine for what we use it for. While I wish the controls were even simpler, they are really no more complex than any other brand on the market now.

Had to replace a 10 yr old oven and was severely limited by space. This oven fit the bill and couldn't be happier. I didn't want to lose internal space and actually picked up a little. Happy with this purchase.

I love the product. Plain and simple. Look forward to having it for a long time.

Love the style. Honestly, have not yet used as I'm waiting for my new kitchen to be finished. But love the trim style red, as opposed to all-over red. Classy look.

Microwave is relatively quiet. I wish the sides were also stainless steel, but I guess it’s less area to constantly clean off fingerprints.

Bought as part of new kitchen appliance purchase. Love the way it looks and its definitely an upgrade from my old white one. Good capacity and price (got it on sale).

I was looking to buy my first microwave and this one just fit the bill. Never thought I would get hooked to it so soon for most of my cooking. I love the ceramic finishing. It adds to the look of my kitchen.

We entered the store, knew what we were looking for had to seek out assistance once we selected our item. Rep was helpful and transaction was quick.

Had an old bulky microwave decided to try this one after researching online nice surprise not only is it a microwave it has a grill on top.

Expensive microwave for once in awhile use, but I bought it anyway. Door latch broke a year after and I need to use a butter knife to open. lesson learned with this brand

Samsung is the only brand that I have found that has a sound off button so that you can quietly prepare food. This model has way more feature then my student will use but the price was great!!

We have had this for 3 yrs and the digital numbers are starting to go out. Also the plastic on the inside of the door is peeling. Therefore when you cook in it the door fogs up with steam because it's getting thru the seal. Other then that it's been a good microwave.

I purchased this for the grill feature. Not very happy with how foood comes out. I thought it would be good for fries and reheating pizza but I continue to use my oven. The coils have also caused some smoke to occur when using the grill feature. I would probably not buy again. The microwave itself works great though. Heats up in no time.

lots of functionality. It has a child lock so my grandson doesn't blow it up (like he did for the last one).

Let’s see if this review gets posted as my first one “magically disappeared”! Long story short, I purchased this piece of junk, the door started jamming to the point we had to literally yank the door open to use it. We contacted Samsung who sent out an imbecile to fix it but somehow he managed to blow a fuse inside the unit after unplugging and plugging it in 20 times! Now this was over TWO MONTHS ago and still we have no replacement/reimbursement for what we’ve gone through! Bottom line we will never purchase anything from Samsung in the future as they do not stand behind their products!

On sale so worth the price. Basic functionality nothing too high tech

The price was a great deal for this item open box.

This microwave is well built and easy to use, with well a configured user interface. Haven't used the conventional oven feature yet but the ceramic interior is sturdy and solid, as well as easy to keep clean.
