It is easy to use and has the Grilling element that other don't have.

It sometimes is an issue as to what type of plate I am putting in it when I am using what function, but the capabilities and the quality is great.

So I get 2x what I paid for. & it doesn’t overcook because I can smell the wonderful food & yank it out of the oven perfectly cooked.

It cleans up well on the inside and outside. I only wish the owner's manual would have told me how to use the grilling element.

Broken door, ceramic shards inside

When trying to open the door manually, I was cut by ceramic shards that were between the door and the housing. Shards can also be seen inside the areas of the door latches. There was no damage to the box. I picked the unit up in store.

As far as microwave goes it's the best one we've ever had the rotating plate provides even making the components are easy to use and easy to read on the front I'd recommend this microwave to anyone
