The Kenmore from sears lasted reliably for years until it's cooling system failed. Tried the Samsung and that it, too, tended to overheat under heavy use. 15 minutes and the exterior of the oven is Hot. Power is inconsistent, leaving frozen dinner sometimes still partially frozen. I've only used the microwave feature, on timed cycles.

All this does is vibrate and make noise when its one. I had a microwave for over 30 years and it worked fine. I decided it was time for a "newer" model and I bought this one. Works well, just makes a lot of vibrating noises..

It works very well. Its a little than I thought it would be but I really like it.

Had read up on the reviews before purchasing. Just as mentioned, very practical. Stainless steel exterior matches with our other Samsung appliances. Works with no problem. Highly recommend it.

The door stopped opening when pressing the button, and now I need one hand for the button + one to pull door open. After reading comments seems to be a common issue. It’s a shame, most expensive microwave I have ever bought, and first one to give me issues period (cheaper ones ran well for years until I decided to upgrade). Disappointed with the product.

After a months use, in am still unsure if I like this microwave. I had a cheapo, off brand and it lasted for YEARS, low wattage I just waited and waited and it never died.. This microwave has options i don't understand (grilling etc), seems to take forever to defrost meat, and heats up the cups/bowls more than the food inside the cups/bowls... I just don't know.

The worst microwave I have ever bought. My husband wanted a Samsung because our other kitchen appliances are. The first one we received had a broken door so we returned it. The second one, this one, the door stopped working after about a month and although it is supposed to be a strong microwave, nothing cooks. It has zero power. We have ordered a replacement, not a samsung, and we cannot return it. Three months and it's going in the trash.

Ended up returning for a bigger size without grilling element but worked well.

Overall a good value but it is lacking the "add 30 sec" button that I am used to - should have looked closer

Replaced our ancient unit which finally gave it up after 25 years. Hope this one lasts as long. Seems well made and heats a lot faster than the old one.

We have an oven and a toaster over, so we haven't used the convection feature on the oven, but the microwave part works really well. Produces very consistent results. Very easy to clean inside too.

There was nothing wrong with my old one MY honey wanted to match the other stainless steel products

It was a gift for my mom and she can't stop talking about it. I'm going to have to go back and get one for myself.

Love to toast things in this microwave. It also has a silent feature. Buttons dont respond. Wish they offered more instructions on how to use the element.

Bought this unit on 05/19/17. After about a month it slowly started to make noise and became worse with each use. After about 2 minutes of use the noise resembles a lawn mower. Called Samsung warranty and they advised I needed to take the unit (under $200) to a repair facility 45 minutes away and leave it there to diagnose the problem which could be weeks or longer (being without a microwave in the family is difficult).

Nice little microwave. No problem with this; does what it's meant to do.

This is a great product, the price is steep, but overall it's a good microwave well worth spending the extra bucks.

Great microwave. We put it in our wetbar cabniet below counter. The only downfall is the bottons are hard to read.

Works and looks good. Could be a lower price though.

Perfect size for where i needed it. Nice option to turn the sound off and the grill funtion is nice.
