Bought this unit on 05/19/17. After about a month it slowly started to make noise and became worse with each use. After about 2 minutes of use the noise resembles a lawn mower. Called Samsung warranty and they advised I needed to take the unit (under $200) to a repair facility 45 minutes away and leave it there to diagnose the problem which could be weeks or longer (being without a microwave in the family is difficult).

Nice little microwave. No problem with this; does what it's meant to do.

This is a great product, the price is steep, but overall it's a good microwave well worth spending the extra bucks.

I purchased this as a gift for my parents, it's just the two of them so they don't need a giant microwave and their old one needed to go. They both like the replacement.

Great microwave. We put it in our wetbar cabniet below counter. The only downfall is the bottons are hard to read.

Just the right size for my space. I needed it to fit under a low cabinet.

Great so far like that i have a choice to input seconds not just minutes or half minutes bottons

I bought this for my daughter as a house warming gift and she loves it. Doesn't take up too much counter space and also has an insert rack that can be used to heat two different items at once.

I needed a microwave to fit in a space in my kitchen that was created for a countertop microwave. This fit the space and works as intended. Looks nice too.

We recently purchased a new microwave for a newly remodeled kitchen. We really like the stainless front and black sides. It looks great and works great as well.

This microwave we purchased for home and it is really nice. There are quite a few features we haven't even used yet. The pizza plate is really nice for warming up things you don't want to get soggy.

Bought this for my employees. The ceramic inside makes it way easier to clean than the steel one we had before. Stuff doesn’t stick to the inside as bad. Heats things well enough too.

Everything I thought it would be. Samsung! I swear by Samsung. I have the appliance package and not disappointed.

One drawback is problems in pressing keypad- it is not as easy and responsive as with our previous older model.

Does what it needs to. Pretty good quality and very sleek.

Basic countertop microwave...works well, no complaints. Looks good and has a relatively low profile.

The grill feature is really cool and keeps food crispy. I was worried it would start a fire but not yet. Had a but. Smell the first few times I used the top grill feature but it's fine now.
