Would randomly stop working a lot during the last year then one day it would turn back on after i tried resetting it by unplugging it for a bit. That use to work.

The door does not pop open when push the button

This issue happened to mine after half a year. Samsung sent someone and fixed it. After another three months, this exact issue happened again. Samsung refused me asking for return although it's the second time happening.. Last but important, Samsung Customer service is terrible - very slow and inefficient. Contacted three times just to successfully schedule an appt.
