The microwave itself is not worth the money. Unfortunately, I'm not able to pack it up and transport it to the post office or whatever to return it. Even with a turntable, things are not heated even close to consistently. I'll have a frozen dinner come out boiling on one side and literally still frozen on the other. Another time, the whole thing comes out really hot. The Instant Cook buttons are worthless. The instant cook for a frozen dinner gave me a whole 49 seconds. And there are almost no directions, no help or guidance in the manual -- which, by the way, they don't even provide one, you have to download it on the computer.
