Decent Product but Better Options Are Out There

I would say for the price I'd expect more as we have many Samsung electronics in our home. After about a year the turntable is not functioning properly and it is difficult to clean because of the interior design.

As others noted, the door latch is also very flimsy. Exchanged for a different model - avoid this one.

Not a well thought out control panel. Again it was very noisy & the fan rattled the back panel. Poor construction. We bought an Oster unit which is very quiet, cooks things as expected & half the price. Don't waste your money or time on this product. This was the 2nd micro wave we purchased from best buy which was poor at best. Go to Target & buy the Later unit.
