I downloaded them from the internet which is completely fine. The directions on how to use the grill function were not clear. It says to preheat the microwave at 30% power but, the machine will not let you change the power when using the grill function. The grill function is the reason why I bought this microwave. If I can’t preheat it to use it what is the point of having this function on the microwave.

The door stopped opening after 3 months and we had warranty service fix it. However, 3 months later, we are having the exact same problem. For a $200 microwave, that kind of poor performance is beyond disappointing. In all other respects, the microwave has worked well, but if you can't open it up after 3 months and repairs don't correct the problem, you have a product with a basic design defect. This isn't the first review to note this fundamental flaw. Samsung should take this particular product off the market.
