    We've owned this unit for only 6 months. The door stopped opening after 3 months and we had warranty service fix it. However, 3 months later, we are having the exact same problem. For a $200 microwave, that kind of poor performance is beyond disappointing. In all other respects, the microwave has worked well, but if you can't open it up after 3 months and repairs don't correct the problem, you have a product with a basic design defect. This isn't the first review to note this fundamental flaw. Samsung should take this particular product off the market.
