My microwave went haywire the day before Christmas. It was running with the light on non stop while plugged in and wouldn't shut off unless unplugged. I had it less than a year. Because of the holidays I had to buy a new microwave and forgot to call. I was 2 months late for my warranty. To repair would cost me near the $240 I spent on the microwave in the first place. For that much a microwave should last more than a year. It's sad to see companies not stand behind what they sell these days.

Decided to replace it just because it was a bit older… I bought this garbage which was huge mistake. Buttons are sticky and feels cheap made. After 3 years of having it- it started malfunctioning. When the door is open it runs by itself. Don’t buy it. Not worth a penny.

The door wouldn't pop open after pushing the latch release. The door had to be opened by pushing the release with one hand and pulling the door open with the other hand. Poor design. I read that another reviewer had the same problem (twice) so decided to return the unit and get another model. Otherwise, everything else worked fine.

Compact and works great
