Solid, Easy to Use Microwave

We left it with the buyers of our house and purchased this one for our new home. It is large enough for anything we cook or reheat in it, and does the job well. It came with a crisper that is great for reheating pizza etc.

But less than 2 weeks after purchase, the door would stick when opening, so you needed to use two hands to open it (one to push the button, one to pull open the door). Assuming this was a fluke, we exchanged it for another. 2 weeks later, the same problem. There are multiple reviews reporting the same issue; for some people it's after a few months. Since BestBuy will only take returns within 2 weeks of purchase, this is going back today before it's too late. I wasted enough time dealing with faulty engineering, and certainly don't want to have to ship it to a Samsung repair center later. Otherwise we really liked the appliance. Buttons and programming were intuitive. Power-wise, it's definitely less powerful than our previous 1350W microwave, but that's to be expected.
