Excellent microwave...looks good and works great! I looked at a lot of microwave reviews before I purchased and this one from Samsung is exactly as everyone says...very good quality and easy to use.

Works very well like the sensors cooking that seems to work great. My only negative would be no numbers to set cooking time just a turn dial

I love how this lasts ! Easy to clean and does not. Seem to loose power like other microwaves do ! Tbis is my second time buying it (gave the first one to my mom)

I started to like the dial knob for timer, it could be faster than the numeral keypads. The ceramic coating makes it very easy to clean.

Beautiful microwave, only con is the buttons are a little advanced and not like a traditional microwave so it takes some getting used to.!

Very good product. Small footprint but does not lack important features. We like the surprisingly large turntable and the ability to control the watts used for different foods.

The size is great, I can put a pyrex casserole dish in. The controls take a little getting used to but the auto sense cooking works well

We bought this microwave replace a 10+ year old Daewoo. The first thing you will notice when unpacking the microwave is that it should say stainless steel in parentheses. The microwave is so light and seemingly cheaply made compared to our old workhorse had it almost seem like a toy. The digital temperature is difficult to read and the door seems like it was going to break. In the end, we returned it in short order

I love the user friendly button options for this microwave. It's straight forward to use and easy to install. It definitely met my expectations. Great value for the price

Nice option for those with a smaller kitchen especially for the features. LED Clock is bright blue, and it is easy to meneuver.

The only strange thing about it that I had to get used to is the dial as there are no buttons but other than that it works great!

It works well with a few design oddities. The first is the door/window. It is really dark and almost impossible to see what is going on inside. The second is the lack of a keypad for the time. You have to press start which automatically starts it at 30 seconds and then rotate the dial to the desired time at 10 second incrimants. This takes many twists if cooking frozen vegetables for 7 minutes.

We only bought this to get the added discount for the appliance package but we were very pleased with it. Looks good and microwaves better than our previous microwaves.

Purchased this for business usage. So far, it has been holding up pretty well with multiple usage per day. Fairly easy to use, even without the instruction manual.

Only beef with this microwave is you can't see what your cooking, the door window is super dark and the light is weak...

This microwave has served me faithfully for a year with zero issues. The one downside is that the shielding on the window is too opaque compared to other microwaves, which makes it difficult to see your food (and make sure it's not scorching). The knob control is a little quirky if you're used to a keypad, but after using it for a little bit I've realized just how simple it makes adding time or adjusting time. It's awesome.

The menu is very easy to navigate works really well with the sensor function amlost everytime And best of all there are not fingerprints to clean of ever day
