Works like any other microwave. Has a sleek design. Knob looks nice but would rather have the ability to manual input cook time.

great features like the sensor that actuallu works and a dial instead of number buttons makes the Samsung operation (when you get used to it ) intuitive to use

It has a lot of settings that you need to keep the instruction guide close by if you want to use them. (Example, the melt/ soften button then goes into a 5 item sub menu, but settings are only 1-5, and you have to refer to the manual to see which one is "soften cream cheese" and which is "melt 1 stick of butter") However, if like me, you usually just stick something in for a couple minutes, stir, and see if it needs a little more, it's all good!

This microwave has a sleek look, and looks modern, the dark hues on the inside don't look dirty, like most white ones look all the time! Great buy!

Easy to operate. The light is a bit lower to see through inside. Otherwise, will rate with 5 stars

This is a great microwave. Well made, easy to use. We enjoy the sensor feature which brings food to the proper temperature without drying it out.

I really like this microwave. It is quiet and does a nice job getting the food hot quick. no complaints.

The microwave works well, looks nice and is a great size. It replaced one that took up way too much counter space. The only drawbacks are that there appears to be no timed cooking option; it has all kinds of specialty settings but no number pad. There is also no timer which was a disappointment.

It took me awhile to get used to the dial input of this microwave versus the traditional numeric keypad. Overall, I think I like it, but it's a bit strange to get used to and sometimes has to be explained to guests. Food is cooked evenly and the ceramic coating is great for quick clean ups. As other reviews mention, it's very hard to see inside the microwave when the door is closed.

I like the controls. Can add or subtract time while cooking. Door works quietly. Can turn off the annoying beeps, too. Yahoo!

Works great. No problems.We needed a fairly small unit to fit in our space and this unit is perfect with enough power to meet our needs.
