This is a pretty nice microwave. Instead of the usual number pad to set the timer, it has a knob you turn to increment or decrement the time. It also has a button for deodorizing the microwave which I find pretty neat!

This is an excellent microwave, it cooks / warms fast and evenly. I don't have to use more time to make my food edible, I'm satisfied with my decision to go Samsung.

Got this microwave to match all my Samsung appliances. Works well. I'm really not understanding the sensor button. It's suppose to sense when your food is done but I check it half way and it's always hot!

I put food in like a boss. It does its thing like a boss. What more could you want. Fact 1 it’s dope. Fact 2 it’s a microwave. Fact 3 it’s Korean. The only problem is it doesn’t do taxes.

Its a good microwave but I don't think the sensor works or its real. I used the manual the right way but still nothing. It works like a regular microwave and it looks cool in my kitchen.

The Samsung 1.1 cubic feet microwave is a great mid-level microwave. The sizing was part of the criteria to fit into my medium sized kitchen. We needed to replace our inexpensive microwave. I have not noticed any issues with the appliance.

My microwave is brand new, nice quality name. I honestly expected more. It's barley two weeks old. And now it's making loud noises already.

The original price for this unit was $50 more... at the price point that I paid it became the best deal. Well worth it... and I haven't noticed the 100 w less in power.

Bought this as a replacement for one that overdid popcorn. It has a popcorn setting that is not long enough. The manual says you can increase the time, but when you do this it tends to cook more rather than pop

It's easy to use once you read the manual, otherwise be prepared for a headache, it's not intuitive, but for your presets it's obvious. Perhaps it's overkill but it covers a lot of options and looks neat.

As a valued consumer in Best Buy was a great services and the sales person they were friendly and kind and very good humor in dealing people and of the course the Samsung microwave is vey useful .

The microwave looks and works amazing. It looks very modern in kitchen. I only wish it the dial went in increments of 5 seconds instead of 10, so I can control how hot I reheat something better.

WORKS WELL. PRICED AT A VERY AFFORDABLE RATE. HOPE IT LASTS LONGER THAN MY LAST SAMSUNG PRODUCT. A TV THAT CRAPPED OUT AFTER TWO YEARS. COULD USE MORE POWER.

Works great like the sensing features. They work well. Love to have a microwave with a regular door handle had to many push button doors break.

We wanted a simple microwave with cooking features, but didn't want anything to complicated or too big. We love the smooth black surface and the blue Econ light. Works for us. Thanks best busy.

Low Price, Quality Product, Powerful Wattage, Compact size, wonderful design! I don't like how the buttons and knob are. Works amazingly!

I bought it for my mother and she really likes it. The reason why I take off 1 star is the outside surface is easy to pull dust on it.

So far, so good. Solid heating times. Button and functions may be confusing at first, but after a glance of the manual, you're good!

I like this microwave. The knob feature is nice especilly for kids but it’s a little loud.

I liked the microwave, looks nice and seemed to work ok. But, end of the first day, it was making an awful vibration noise, about every other time we tried it....definitely something not right inside this. Didn't want to take any chances of getting stuck with a defective one after the store return policy expired, so we just returned it.
