Samsung sent someone out to look at it 2 months later, they clam the could fix it but forgot the part 3weeks later he change the part, that cost more then the microwave itself, and left fast while i was trying to see if it was functioning properly. It wasn't turning on by itself anymore. But now the microwave will not get hot. I would advise anyone who's look to buy this microwave to look else where

It is extremely complex to use and it doesn't work according to the directions. I bought this mainly for heating food and popcorn. The popcorn button doesn't work. Its heating and defrosting take longer than it should. The dial button just goes round and round. The only easy thing about this microwave was setting the clock!

At first I thought it was complicated to use without a dial pad, but now found the wheel very easy to use. Like many reviews said, the front panel is very dark and hard to see inside, but why do I need to stares at the things inside while cooking? Overall happy with this product.
