C-F2 — Should be recalled, clearly an issue

However after just 2 years it came up with the C-F2 error, which many others complained of, a new control panel would have costed more than the microwave! That is ridiculous for a $400 microwave lasting less than 3 years! I purchased all new Samsung products for my kitchen and now I worry that all the other items will fail prematurely. On top of this when it was working, steam from the stove would constantly “press” buttons on the microwave and having both an OK and START button is not user friendly.

It also was too low for our cooking area, and it was really hard to get to the back two burners on the cooktop. This fixed that issue entirely. The microwave heats thoroughly, looks great, amd fits everything we used to put in there without any issues.

Real good suction frappe m the ventilation. The color is beautiful.I do have to return it and get a zero gravity door style because this one does not open all the way because of my wall. It don’t bother me, because I can get a dish in/out no problem. If I ever sale my house I don’t think the buyers would like that. I’m getting same brand and features just a different door so it don’t interfere with my wall when opening.
